David led a reliability evaluation and Operating Management System change management in British Petroleum Alaska exploration operations.
David led 250 personnel and $1BB in capital structure through organizational change to transform unit reliability and efficiency, increasing sustained asset readiness rates to far exceed directed goals.
Lance has more 30 years of professional experience serving as an F/A-18D Weapons and Sensors Officer in the US Marines and senior business executive in private sector industries.
During his career, Lance has served in diverse roles including Safety Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance Manager.
Lance is a professionally trained expert in aviation accident investigations from the US Naval Post-graduate School in Monterey, CA.
Lance serves as Vetergy’s Chief of Operations and leads our service offerings in Human Factors Analysis.
